On 8/9/23 the Warminster Rotary Club hosted Sergeant Chris O’Neill and K9 Officer Bolt from the Warminster Township police department.  Bolt is an 83+ pound German Shepherd and is fully trained for article searches, tracking, and much more.  He works with Sergeant O’Neill in drug detection and/or bomb detection.  Bolt and his counterpart, K9 Officer Link serve Warminster township and surrounding areas in Bucks County.  O’Neill and Bolt demonstrated their tactics and how they work together.  Quite a playful pup, but when he’s on duty it’s all business. Bolt lives with the O’Neill family and will do so after he retires. Thank you Sergeant O’Neill and Officer Bolt for your service and for making our community a better and safer place to live.
